All orders are carefully reviewed before being prepared for shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs procedures, local courier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volumes.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Occasionally we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping campaigns.


Order Tracking

Every shipped order receives a tracking number.

Tracking information is generally sent by email within 24–72 hours after dispatch. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may require a short period before becoming visible.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or local taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges, when applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.


Multiple Packages

To improve delivery efficiency, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities.

If this occurs:

  • each parcel will have its own tracking information;
  • packages may arrive on different dates;
  • no additional shipping fee will be charged.

Delivery Delays

Unexpected events outside our control may occasionally affect transit times, including:

  • customs inspections;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • severe weather;
  • public holidays;
  • carrier operational delays.

While we closely monitor shipments, these situations cannot always be prevented.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect:

  • shipment delays may occur;
  • additional carrier fees may apply;
  • returned parcels may require a new shipping payment before reshipment.

Failed Deliveries

Orders returned because of:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • refused deliveries;
  • failure to collect from the carrier;

may be eligible for reshipment once the package is returned to our fulfillment center.


Lost Packages

A shipment may be considered lost only after confirmation from the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will investigate directly with the logistics provider.


Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs before opening.
  2. Keep the original packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This allows us to work efficiently with the carrier to resolve the issue.
